After graduating in Sociology at John Moore’s University in Liverpool in 2001, Rob began a long career recruiting senior leaders and directors for clients across a wide range of sectors within the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Over the years Rob and his team have assembled new executive teams for private businesses, VC and PE backed SME’s, global and international corporates, as well as third sector clients including housing associations and some of the largest charities in the UK. He has been the retained executive search partner for royal stakeholders at the RNLI and has appointed senior directors within some of the North West’s most high-profile organisations.
Rob is also the Chair of Institute of Directors in Cheshire, where he leads a committee of passionate directors tackling regional issues affecting businesses in the county such as skills, education and professional development, entrepreneurship, diversity and inclusivity, transport and infrastructure, social mobility, sector leadership, clean energy climate-change and environmental issues. He is a member of the Cheshire Business Leaders and is a serving judge on the panel for the High Sheriff’s Awards for Enterprise in conjunction with the University of Chester.
